Team and Individual Open Gundog Working Tests

The relocation of the EAGCF to the Euston Estate near Thetford provided a beautiful setting for the event as well as a beautiful natural setting for the now well established Mid-Norfolk Gundog Club Team Gundog Working Test, further enhancing the competition for participants and spectators alike. The Club Committee felt this was an ideal opportunity to introduce an individual competition on Saturday; moving the Team Competition to Sunday also avoided clashing with the prestigious Inter-Counties Competition.

Scurries

The decision to run three scurries throughout the weekend required a significant effort from Club Members, the Committee are very grateful to them and for the support provided by member's families and friends. Their efforts produced a very popular attraction for the general public and gundog enthusiasts alike resulting in significant additional income for the Club which has been ploughed back into training equipment - see separate News item.

Reports and photographs from the very successful and enjoyable weekend will be published here shortly.
